We are offering an opportunity to purchase clay and other pottery supplies from CLAYWORKS SUPPLIES IN RICHMOND with no shipping charge for Roanoke area potters. We will have them delivered to the parking lot at 228 S. Pollard, Vinton Virginia as a community service for local potters.

  • We will send out an email to those of you that request to be on our email list for a bulk buy opportunity from Clayworks Supplies.

  • When we are ready to make the bulk buy, you will be notified of the upcoming delivery date and have time to get your order ready for delivery.

    • Please DO NOT PARK in the parking lot.  The delivery truck needs to be able to pull into the lot for delivery.  Please park on the street. You can then pull into the parking lot to pick up your order AFTER THE TRUCK HAS PULLED OUT OF THE LOT.*

  • All orders and payment are made directly to Clayworks Supplies.

  • Studio 228  WILL NOT be handling payments.

  • Studio 228  is only providing a drop off/pick up location.

  • Studio 228 is not responsible or liable for any of your merchandise.

  • You MUST pick up your order on the designated date and time of delivery as determined by Clayworks Supplies. Do not contact us with special requests.  The answer is no.

  • Please be careful to take your specific items. They are labeled with your name. CSI is very meticulous in assembling the orders. Please check the order when you pick it up and let Clayworks know of any issues.

We strongly encourage you to tip Steve Morrison the driver.  He is always very helpful. You can add a tip when you place your order.
